What is the length of commitment?

Our contracts are really geared to the specific needs of our residents. There are no long-term financial obligations or leases. Instead we offer a convenient 30-day agreement that renews on a monthly basis. We only require a 30-day written notice if you need to vacate your apartment.

Can I expect increases in the monthly fee?

When you sign our resident agreement the base rent to which you agree is locked in for 12 months. Under our "Assisted Living" agreement, if there is a change in condition or level of care there may be an increase in the monthly fee to reflect the increase of service required for the resident.

Are pets allowed?

We are a pet-friendly community and welcome small pets under 35 lbs. There is a $500 pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet rent.

Who pays the utility bills?

At Sun Ridge at Palisades your utilities and basic cable are included. Additional cable, telephone or internet services are not included. The resident will need to schedule an activation and will receive an individual statement from the vendor for their charges.

Can I decorate my apartment?

We encourage our residents to decorate their new apartment with their personal belongings and furniture. We want our new residents to make this their home with family pictures and things that make them happy.
